Each of us is shaped by our past, present, and hopes for the future. ISP International uses these intersections to craft a vision to update the systems that touch us all. We infuse cultural humility and curiosity within deliverable action items across all levels of an organization. Utilizing psychological theory, we simultaneously open a narrative to identify cultural ruptures and develop cultural courage to offer routes to undo collective harm. We find this framework successful in dismantling root causes of systemic challenges which are often intractable and embedded in networks.
